Service Sales Support Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
• Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
• Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization
Requirements
Qualifications for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineer or relevant field.
• Experience of tendering or bidding process.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
