About this position

In this role, you will be a vital member of the finance team in Indonesia, providing key support to the turnaround of the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all transactions, translating business strategy into plans, and establishing measurable targets.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Oversee the Annual Performance Plan (Budgeting) and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serve as the interface to Global Division, Regional & Local management.
• Performing financial analysis, reporting to business managers, and making suggestions to improve performance, where appropriate.
• Monitors progress and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identifies issues and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
• Involve in business reviews, project reviews, monitor progress achieved, provide insights to support operational decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications For The Role:
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (professional certification like CA/CMA/CPA is preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance controller role in a global matrix multinational environment.
• Working knowledge of USGAAP.
• Hands on experience of working in SAP (FI,CO) and well versed with MS Office.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
