About this position

The Technical Training Executive is responsible for identifying and conducting technical training for technicians, ensuring compliance with training standards, and providing support to dealers.

Responsibilities

• Identifying technical training needs for technicians and carry out technical training according to the yearly in house training plan.
• Monitoring KPI's for technical training at dealer level according to the MPR report in team of :Training Man Days, Learning Path Fulfillment, ZPT Quota, HTV Quota.
• Conducting in house training in accordance with Porsche training standard.
• Attend regional PAP technical training.
• Ensure, that all model launch readiness deadlines are met.
• Ensure sufficient technical support to all dealer.
• Responsible for monitoring and the utilisation of PRMS for all Technical related enquiries from dealers before submitting to PAP.
• Ensure training reports are created and sent to PAP for all ILTs.
• Ensure technicians have completed their Porsche Academy online trainings before the deadlines.
• Ensure that all new technical information/cases are published to the dealers.

Requirements

• 5 years experience working in similar position.
• Automotive Engineer graduated from Thai university.
• Good command in English.
