Senior PR Executive

The Senior PR Executive is responsible for managing media relations, coordinating press events, and developing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Importer and media management : Provide materials and information for key media events. Ensuring that press conferences, media briefings and PR events in general are in line with brands guidelines. Monitor and create reporting for key media events. Manage and respond to media enquiries and coordinate response with PAP PR.
• Media monitoring : Monitor media trend, reporting angles, tonality and analyse effectiveness of media activities and results as well as media coverage in general. Generate weekly media report and monthly media analysis.
• Press Kit and press release management : Coordinate translation of press material including proof reading. Manage media database through Porsche press database.
• Events management : Coordinate with PAP PR regarding participation at international press events. Plan, organise and execute press.
• Report to PAP PR regarding press car utilisation and performance.
• Advertising and Advertising Management : Coordinate to AE and journalists. Manage document and purchasing process.
• Cooperate and support all inquiries from Porsche Asia Pacific (PR Team)
• Create and manage new PR strategy depending on current situation.
• Monitor and in charge of Brandmaker system (PR Plan, Budget and Report)
• Support Corporate PR topic-AAS
• Manage Porsche Thailand Social Media channels.

Requirements

• Excellent communication of English (Toeic550)
• At least 2 years' experience in this position
• Proficient in MS Office use
