About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with internal and external parties.
• Prepare, draft and proofread reports, memos, minutes, and other corporate documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Manage travel arrangements for the MD, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, itineraries, and required documents for the travel.
• Act as a gatekeeper for the MD, screening and directing incoming calls, emails, and requests.
• Coordinate with project teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with driver and housekeeper on daily tasks.
• Assist the MD with other matters as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, arts, or any related field.
• Strong written and reading English communication skills (TOEIC score of 700 or higher).
• 1-5 years of experience as a secretary or personal assistant to senior executives.
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks, arranging schedules, and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills: able to effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups.
• Mature, positive attitude, and high attention to detail.
