• Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to oil and gas clients.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customers in the CRM system.
• Track sales metrics and generate reports for management.
• Process purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of essential products used in oil and gas operations.
• Handle order discrepancies and resolve issues with internal teams or external suppliers.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating post-sales activities, such as service delivery and feedback collection.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and marketing for aligned strategies and goals.
• Support tender preparation and submission processes for oil and gas projects.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence related to oil and gas products and services.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Handle documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, in compliance with company policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Relevant industry certifications are a plus.)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the sales industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry standards and terminology is an advantage.
