About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide advices and recommendation to business units concerning to Bank of Thailand (BOT) requirements.
• Coordinating with regulators concerning to regulatory compliance matters i.e. Bank of Thailand.
• Provide information and documents for permission from the Bank of Thailand. According to the rules governing the financial group and other criteria relevant.
• AML transaction monitoring, reporting and other requirements.
• Conduct KYC/CDD review.
• Provide advisory and education to business units and other related functional groups for AML/CFT and KYC/CDD.
• Prepare or arrange for the preparation of CASH & suspicious transaction reports to AMLO.
• Provides reports to Bank of Thailand on a regular basis.
• Coordinating with regulators concerning to regulatory compliance matters i.e. Bank of Thailand, AMLO.
• Research & Development concerning to regulatory compliance matters.
• Perform the tasks as required and assigned by Management.
Requirements
• Having excellent written and verbal communication skills are indeed very much essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
