About this position

The Senior Marketing Communication position involves developing and implementing communication strategies, managing media and content creation, and overseeing social media and event coordination to enhance the company's brand and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company's brand and align with its business goals. This includes crafting messaging, selecting appropriate channels, and determining the best methods to reach targeted audiences.
• Lead outbound marketing efforts: including media purchasing and collaborating with Thai KOLs and international platform agencies.
• Media and Content Creation and Management: Produce various forms of content like press releases, brochures, newsletters, and digital content. Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms, and develop creative point of purchase media stories to engage customers at the critical decision-making stage.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media profiles. Develop content calendars, post engaging content, and interact with the audience to build an online community.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns. Monitor performance using key metrics and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage events such as product launches, press conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Market Research: Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using these insights to inform communication strategies, including point of purchase media tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proactive in bringing new ideas and creative solutions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, duties, and/or projects.
