About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop training programs according to functional training and individual development plans appropriately.
• Develop training courses as assigned and contact the instructor and training institute to create the course outline aligned with training requirements and competency.
• Collaborate in developing and analyzing career path planning, succession planning, leadership & talent pipeline plans, ensuring execution according to the plans, and monitoring results as per the established plans.
• Conduct assessments of personnel potential, such as 360-degree surveys, to measure the development, capabilities of employees and develop competencies matrix across the organization.
• Response to KPI and performance summary with middle management and executives.
• Conduct training courses and employee development activities both in-house and/or external facilitators as planned and aligned with Department of Skill Development (DSD) requirement.
• Create innovative learning programs and Design flexible learning interventions. (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
• Driving a culture of excellence continuous learning.
• Implement tracking, collection, and analysis of data to measure the effectiveness of training and the outcomes of all training programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, Economics or related fields.
• 3-5 years’ direct experience in OD, HRD, training, Tech company is Advantage.
• Understanding and Strong knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management.
• Proficiency in Google sheet, Google Doc, CANVA, VIDEO editing Program.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Creative thinking, can-do attitude, interpersonal skills, service-minded and Team working.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. (Be a speaker / activity leader is an advantage).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
