About this position

The Digital Media Planner / Senior Brand Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with various teams to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create short-term and long-term marketing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
• Market and Target Audience Analysis: Research customers, competitors, and market trends to design effective and tailored campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with advertising, digital marketing, and PR teams to implement strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and Optimize Strategies: Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results based on data and feedback.
• Manage Marketing Budget: Plan and oversee the marketing budget to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Content and Campaign Creation: Work with the creative team to develop standout content and marketing campaigns.
• Track and Report Results: Prepare reports on campaign performance and present findings to senior management.
• Consult Solutions with Clients: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic marketing solutions that address their business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing strategy and planning.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, Social Media).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies quickly.
