Content Curator / Learning Designer
About this position
The Content Curator / Learning Designer is responsible for designing and developing training courses, creating engaging content, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning experiences to support the company's customer acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
• Designs and develops Training Course: including appropriate learning assets and instructional materials, using a variety of methods, techniques, and learning technologies in a manner that is relevant, meaningful, engaging and effective for defined learner groups
• Strategic Impact: Develop learning experiences that not only educate but directly influence Company’s customer acquisition strategy, shaping the way new users engage with the brand.
• Content Creator Create course materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital assets.
• Organize and sequence content logically to a learning course.
• Continuously evaluate and update course materials to reflect the latest information and industry trends.
• Driving Business Outcomes: Balance creativity with business objectives by designing courses that significantly boost seminar attendance and contribute to overall market growth.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the course through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments where necessary.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related field, with a track record of creating innovative, high-impact educational content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and course design methodologies.
• Good at researching and writing
