Compensation and Benefit Executive (Based in นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist with payroll data for monthly and yearly processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments by coordinating with employees, supervisors, and line managers.
• Support the preparation of annual compensation and benefits surveys for internal and external benchmarking.
• Contribute to the review and updating of compensation and benefits schemes to maintain competitive offerings.
• Assist in preparing remuneration proposals for new hires and promotions by evaluating roles for equity and competitiveness.
• Support the implementation and regular review of company policies related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on compensation and benefits to promote alignment and understanding.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee data in HRIS/HRMS, ensuring compliance with company policies and Thai labor laws.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in HRIS and relevant software.
• Good written and spoken English; capable of communicating with regional teams.
