Responsibilities of Waiter/ Waitress

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing menu recommendations and answering customer inquiries
• Serving food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues or requests
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Processing customer payments and handling cash transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiments
• Assisting in setting up and closing down the restaurant, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
