You will be the leader and expert in Talent Acquisition, driving the strategy, overseeing the recruitment team, and measuring results to ensure the team is delivering the highest quality candidates. Responsibilities of VP Talent Acquisition
1. Develop, implement and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers to ensure effective recruitment.
3. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform and prioritize recruitment strategies.
4. Design, implement and manage recruiting processes in order to increase efficiency and quality of hires.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
6. Research, source and develop innovative recruiting initiatives to ensure successful talent acquisition.
7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with talent acquisition objectives.
8. Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
9. Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
10. Identify, assess and monitor industry and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
