Responsibilities of Talent Search Consultant

1. Developing and executing effective strategies to identify and attract top talent
2. Utilizing a variety of recruitment methods such as direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, job fairs, and university/college recruiting
3. Conducting initial screenings and interviews of potential candidates
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
5. Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new hires
6. Developing recruiting and selection processes to ensure efficiency and quality
7. Staying abreast of industry trends, salary expectations, and current best practices in recruitment
8. Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
9. Working with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and requirements are clear
10. Assisting with other HR-related tasks as needed
