What does a Talent Manager do?

The Talent Manager position is responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy for a rapidly growing company. The Talent Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with hiring managers and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Responsibilities of Talent Manager
