What does a Talent Attraction Manager do?
The Talent Attraction Manager will have a passion for recruiting, a strong sense of what it takes to find top talent, and the ability to develop deep relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing our full-cycle recruitment strategy, building relationships with key external partners, and ensuring our employer brand is strong and visible. The Talent Attraction Manager will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to develop and implement strategies to attract, identify and engage top talent.
Responsibilities of Talent Attraction Manager
1. Develop strategies to attract top talent to the organization
2. Implement recruitment processes to ensure a successful hiring pipeline
3. Source and identify potential candidates for open roles
4. Create and execute campaigns to promote the employer brand
5. Maintain relationships with universities, industry contacts, and other sources of potential candidates
6. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruiting campaigns
7. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
8. Develop and manage employee referral programs
9. Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
10. Analyze talent trends and data to inform recruitment decisions
