Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Staff
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to attract and hire top talent for the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition professionals to leverage their networks and resources.
