Responsibilities of Talent acquisition specialist
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract and recruit qualified candidates.
2. Source candidates through online job postings, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
3. Screen resumes and job applications and conduct pre-screening interviews.
4. Manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and serve as a resource to them throughout the hiring process.
6. Negotiate salaries and other job offers with candidates.
7. Manage applicant tracking systems and job postings.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to hiring, employment, and recruitment.
9. Manage onboarding and orientation of new employees.
10. Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
