What does a Talent Acquisition Partner do?

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions in an organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to source, select, and hire top talent. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, including technology, engineering, and business roles. Additionally, they must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Partner

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, identify and hire top talent.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
3. Source and screen potential candidates using traditional and innovative methods.
4. Evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications to determine appropriateness for the position.
5. Set up and conduct interviews and provide feedback to Senior Management.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal and employment requirements.
7. Manage relationships with outside staffing agencies and recruiters.
8. Stay current on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to talent acquisition.
9. Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires.
10. Stay organized and maintain recruitment related records and reports.
