Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high caliber talent.
2. Lead recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
3. Negotiate salaries and other terms of employment with potential hires.
4. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
5. Network and source potential candidates through job postings, job fairs, and other recruiting activities.
6. Maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities.
7. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment objectives are met.
8. Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates.
9. Provide guidance and career counseling to potential hires.
10. Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
