What does a Talent Acquisition Lead do?

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and help lead our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from start to finish, including managing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline. You will also be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers and executives to ensure the best candidates are hired for our team. 1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
2. Lead the recruitment team to ensure recruitment activities are completed in a timely and effective manner.
3. Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates.
4. Develop a network of contacts to help identify and recruit top talent.
5. Utilize various recruiting tools and strategies to attract and retain the best qualified candidates.
6. Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Create and update job descriptions, as needed.
8. Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
9. Stay abreast of trends in the recruitment industry.
10. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
