Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Consultant
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent.
2. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop suitable job descriptions.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Conduct initial in-person and/or telephone interviews to assess candidates.
5. Manage the full cycle recruitment process including reference checks and offer negotiation.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies/firms to source qualified candidates.
7. Utilize social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to identify and engage potential candidates.
8. Participate in industry events, such as job fairs, to promote the organization and attract new talent.
9. Maintain the organization’s applicant tracking system, updating records and tracking progress.
10. Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract specific talent.
