The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for managing the supply chain operations of the organization. Responsibilities of Supply Chain Supervisor
1. Plan and coordinate the supply chain cycle, including forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the supply chain teams.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiencies, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze and monitor supply chain data to identify and resolve potential issues.
5. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and cost control.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
7. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the supply chain.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Train, mentor, and manage staff within the supply chain team.
