Responsibilities of Senior Recruitment Manager

1. Develop, implement and manage recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
2. Source, identify, and assess potential candidates for open positions.
3. Build relationships with external recruiters, universities, and other sources of potential candidates.
4. Establish and maintain a strong presence on job boards, social media and other recruitment sites.
5. Lead the interviewing and selection process, including phone screenings, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
6. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization is staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment methods and technologies.
7. Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
8. Train and mentor junior recruitment staff.
9. Manage the recruitment budget and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
10. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
