Responsibilities of Senior QA Engineer

1. Lead Quality Assurance projects and provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

2. Design, develop and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts.

3. Execute manual and automated tests to ensure that software meets user requirements.

4. Help develop and maintain QA standards and processes.

5. Monitor production systems and analyze logs and reports for quality issues.

6. Identify and document software defects and track through resolution.

7. Develop and maintain test environments, tools and data for testing.

8. Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

9. Analyze system performance and identify performance issues.

10. Recommend process improvements and new technologies.
