What does a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition do?

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will play a key role in driving the growth of our organization through the acquisition of top talent. This individual will lead the recruitment and selection process, manage a team of recruiters, implement strategies, and build relationships with hiring managers to ensure all recruitment efforts support the organization's goals. A successful Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, proven experience in talent acquisition, and a passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience. This position requires a high level of energy, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

1. Develop effective recruitment and selection strategies to identify, attract and select qualified professionals.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with talent acquisition partners, including head-hunters, staffing agencies and external recruitment sources.

3. Manage recruitment process from sourcing, screening and interviewing to onboarding and offer negotiation.

4. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.

5. Utilize data analysis and metrics to optimize recruitment efforts and identify trends.

6. Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with current and accurate data.

7. Track and report on recruitment activity, cost savings and other performance metrics.

8. Stay informed on staffing trends and best practices.

9. Develop and maintain recruitment and selection policies and procedures.

10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
