General requirements of a Senior legal counsel
1. Juris Doctor degree and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
2. Extensive experience in corporate law, ideally with experience in a law firm
3. Ability to advise clients on a variety of legal matters including contract negotiations, intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
4. Excellent research and writing skills with the ability to draft, review and negotiate complex legal documents
5. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
