We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities of Senior Learning & Development Specialist

1. Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs and other training materials that align with organizational goals.

2. Create and maintain learning and development manuals and other documents.

3. Analyze training effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.

4. Develop and implement strategies for individual and team development.

5. Establish relationships with external training and development vendors.

6. Monitor and assess training and development budget.

7. Maintain accurate records of training and development activities.

8. Participate in the selection of new staff and provide on-boarding training.

9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective training programs.

10. Create and maintain a post-training assessment process.
