What does a Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator do?

The Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources systems. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Human Resources systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with regulations. The Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator will also be responsible for training users, resolving any technical issues related to the systems, and providing support to the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities of Senior Human Resources Systems Administrator

1. Develop, implement and maintain HR systems to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Manage the administration of benefits, including tracking enrollment and communicating changes to employees.

3. Ensure that HR systems are integrated with other systems, such as payroll and time and attendance.

4. Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends in employee data.

5. Monitor system security and maintain user access control.

6. Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.

7. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for technical support.

8. Support HR team with data entry and other administrative tasks.

9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.

10. Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency.
