What does a Senior HR Manager do?
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that promote a positive and productive work environment. This position will oversee all HR-related activities including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They must also be highly organized and have a passion for developing and maintaining positive working relationships. The Senior HR Manager will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Responsibilities of Senior HR Manager
1. Develop, implement and evaluate human resource strategies, policies and procedures.
2. Foster positive employee relations through effective management of employee grievances, communication and conflict resolution.
3. Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding and training for new employees.
4. Develop and monitor performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting job expectations and goals.
5. Keep up to date with employment law and company policies.
6. Advise senior management on payroll and benefits administration.
7. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
8. Review and analyze employee data to recommend improvements to existing HR programs.
9. Monitor and analyze trends to ensure the organization is competitive in the labor market.
10. Manage employee relations investigations and disciplinary actions.
