What does a Sales Program Manager do?
We are looking for an experienced Sales Program Manager to join our team and lead the design and execution of our sales programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing sales programs that drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing the relationship with our key sales partners, and ensuring that program initiatives are properly communicated and executed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing sales programs and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities of Sales Program Manager
1. Develop and execute sales programs to ensure attainment of sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to maximize effectiveness of sales programs.
3. Manage and monitor the sales program budget and associated costs.
4. Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and product development teams to develop and implement sales programs.
5. Design, develop, and deliver sales program training and materials.
6. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of sales programs.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
8. Develop strategies to increase sales program participation and engagement.
9. Develop and maintain sales program documentation, such as policies, processes, and procedures.
10. Manage and track sales program performance metrics.
