Responsibilities of Sales and Operations Planning Manager

1. Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.

2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated business plans.

3. Monitor and analyze current and historical market trends and customer demand patterns.

4. Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and inventory optimization.

5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that financial goals are met.

6. Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management.

7. Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to strengthen S&OP processes.

8. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

9. Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.

10. Develop and maintain S&OP best practices and policies.
