5. Negotiate and manage advertising contracts with customers

7. Develop pricing models for new advertising products and services
8. Supervise and mentor sales staff in the sales process
9. Maintain relationships with key clients and industry contacts
10. Develop and implement reporting systems to track and measure advertising sales results
