What does a RPA Business Analyst do?
The RPA Business Analyst will be responsible for designing and providing solutions to automate business processes through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. They will work closely with stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential opportunities for automation and develop solutions to meet the business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA technology and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. In addition, they should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and be able to quickly identify and address any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities of RPA Business Analyst
1. Execute and lead the requirements gathering process to define and document the functional requirements for RPA solutions.
2. Develop and document process flows, use cases, and other artifacts to support RPA solution design.
3. Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and other documentation to support the development of RPA solutions.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure RPA solutions meet business needs.
5. Act as a liaison between the IT team and the business to ensure that RPA solutions are designed and implemented in line with the business requirements.
6. Monitor and report on RPA project progress, performance, and issues.
7. Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve process efficiency using RPA solutions.
8. Research emerging RPA technologies and trends and recommend potential solution opportunities.
9. Develop and maintain comprehensive business process, data, and system models for RPA solutions.
10. Train and mentor other team members in the use of RPA technologies and processes.
