• Oversee the planning and execution of research projects, including setting objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the research and development team.
