What does a Recruitment Specialist do?
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening potential candidates to onboarding successful hires. The Recruitment Specialist will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, and ensure that the hiring process is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of candidates, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Responsibilities of Recruitment Specialist
1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified job candidates.
2. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting sources.
3. Review resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, and make hiring decisions.
4. Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other third-party recruiters.
5. Develop job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
6. Source potential candidates through online databases, job fairs, and other sources.
7. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
8. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
9. Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
10. Prepare hiring reports and analyze recruitment trends.
