What does a Recruitment Officer do?
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources department. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, from sourcing and assessing job applicants to supporting the interview process and onboarding new employees. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically about recruitment and hiring processes. Responsibilities of Recruitment Officer
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify qualified candidates
2. Source, screen and evaluate candidate applications
3. Develop and maintain an effective network of contacts to source potential candidates
4. Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and match them to job requirements
5. Organize and conduct recruitment interviews and assessment processes
6. Develop and implement selection criteria for potential candidates
7. Manage all recruitment-related activities and administrative tasks
8. Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and best practices
9. Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities
10. Advise hiring managers on recruitment matters and provide guidance on candidate selection
