We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to onboarding and training new hires. You will ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective, and that the right candidates are hired to meet the business’s needs. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain the best and most qualified candidates. Responsibilities of Recruitment Manager
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates.
2. Create job postings, review resumes, and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to build a talent pipeline.
4. Develop and manage the recruitment budget.
5. Monitor recruitment metrics and report on recruitment activities.
6. Identify and utilize job boards, recruiting agencies, and other sources to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
7. Participate in job fairs, career expos, and other recruiting events.
8. Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies and best practices.
9. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
10. Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
