What does a Recruiter Senior Officer do?
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter Officer to join our team. The Senior Recruiter Officer will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, and coordinating recruitment activities. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter Officer will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and tracking metrics related to recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of current recruiting trends and processes.
Responsibilities of Recruiter Senior Officer
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Source potential candidates using a variety of methods, such as job postings, sourcing databases, referrals, and networking.
3. Screen resumes and applications, and conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, and provide them with timely updates on recruitment status.
5. Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
6. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
7. Utilize social media to promote job openings, and to source potential candidates.
8. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
9. Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires.
10. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and industry trends.
