What does a Quality Engineer Inspector do?

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer Inspector to join our team and help ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the quality requirements outlined in our company’s quality system and for identifying, investigating, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also develop and implement quality control procedures and inspections, as well as monitor compliance to those procedures. To be successful in this position, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities of Quality Engineer Inspector

1. Develop and maintain quality control systems and processes that meet customer requirements.
2. Analyze customer requirements and develop quality control plans to ensure product meets customer specifications.
3. Perform periodic inspections of incoming materials, parts, and components to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Monitor and measure production processes to ensure product quality is maintained.
5. Prepare accurate and detailed reports of inspections and tests performed.
6. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to evaluate and improve product quality.
7. Identify and investigate quality issues and provide timely solutions.
8. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
9. Participate in the development and implementation of product standards and specifications.
10. Monitor and analyze quality trends to detect potential problems and implement corrective actions.
