Responsibilities of Quality Engineer

1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.

2. Maintain and improve existing Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards.

3. Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and test plans.

4. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

5. Lead quality audits and assessments to identify process improvements.

6. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality.

7. Investigate and analyze customer complaints to determine root cause and corrective action.

8. Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality standards are met.

9. Create detailed reports on quality assurance activities and findings.

10. Stay current with industry trends, quality standards, and best practices.
