Responsibilities of Quality Control Section Manager

1. Develop and maintain quality control standards, processes and procedures to ensure product meets or exceeds customer expectations.

3. Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Quality Control Section.
4. Develop, implement and manage quality training programs.
5. Lead and motivate team members to meet quality objectives.
6. Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurate quality control inspections.
7. Review supplier and customer quality requirements and ensure they are met.
8. Monitor and audit quality control activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials.
10. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
