Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Officer

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the company
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures
• Investigate customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality standards are met
• Participate in the development and review of product specifications and quality control plans
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and systems
