What does a QS Manager do?

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QS Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products and services, as well as meeting all customer and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and developing quality and safety systems, as well as experience in dealing with suppliers and customers. The successful candidate must be willing to take on responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the quality system, and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the principles of quality management.

Responsibilities of QS Manager

1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives.
2. Monitor and evaluate quality assurance activities.
3. Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
4. Analyze data and identify trends in order to identify areas of improvement.
5. Develop and oversee quality assurance training programs for employees.
6. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
7. Prepare and review reports related to quality assurance activities.
8. Inspect and audit products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards
9. Manage and mentor quality assurance staff.
10. Remain up to date with industry developments and best practices.
