Responsibilities of Procurement Associate Manager

1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing programs and processes to ensure cost savings and efficient procurement operations.

2. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure best value and cost savings.

3. Monitor and report on the performance of suppliers in terms of quality, delivery and cost.

4. Ensure that all procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies.

5. Analyze market trends and industry changes to develop cost-effective strategies for procurement.

6. Manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.

7. Oversee the inventory management and supply chain operations.

8. Prepare and present procurement-related reports to senior management.

9. Respond to inquiries related to procurement and supplier performance.

10. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for procurement activities.
