What does a Process Engineer do?

The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. The Process Engineer will report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities of Process Engineer

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement in terms of safety, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
