Responsibilities of People Analytics Officer

1. Develop strategies and roadmaps for the organization's people analytics program, including data sources, analytics tools, and implementation plans.

2. Lead the implementation of people analytics initiatives and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.

3. Analyze employee data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and develop insights that support effective decision-making.

4. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated processes to track and present people analytics insights.

5. Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize the organization’s talent and workforce management practices.

6. Collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to identify and address people analytics needs.

7. Provide training and guidance to people analytics staff and partners to ensure data accuracy and reliable insights.

8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics associated with people analytics initiatives.

9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in people analytics and related areas.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to facilitate access to data and tools.
