Responsibilities of People Analyst

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
2. Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
3. Design and implement employee surveys to collect data for analysis.
4. Consult with senior management to identify and implement best practices for people operations.
5. Develop and maintain organizational charts, job descriptions and other people-related documents.
6. Provide recommendations for improving organizational structure and job design.
7. Develop and maintain systems for tracking employee performance and progress.
8. Analyze employee data to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to maximize employees’ potential.
9. Develop and implement strategies to increase employee retention and reduce turnover.
10. Partner with Human Resources to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
