What does a Media Manager do?

The Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing all media-related activities, including but not limited to, content creation and management, social media marketing, and event planning. This person will work with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to promote the organization's brand and content across multiple platforms. They must be able to identify and understand trends in the media landscape and be able to create and implement effective campaigns. The Media Manager will be a creative and driven professional who is able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities of Media Manager

2. Manage and oversee the organization’s media activities, including press releases, media interviews, and other publicity campaigns.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and journalists.

9. Provide leadership and guidance to media team members.
